Hi! I'm running Moosesfs 3.0.86 on Ubuntu 14.04 master and chunkservers, metaloggers and would like to upgrade to 3.0.88 In the documentation I found following order to upgrade: 1. master 2. cigserv 3. metaloggers (one-by-one) 4. chunkservers (one-by-one) 5. mfs-clients (one-by-one) In my case I can allow my cluster a downtime So I could stop all mfs processes (master, chunkserver, metaloggers) and do an aptitude update aptitude safe-upgrade on each machine. Is this procedure recommended or will there be any problem with this ? Thank you & greetings Wolfgang |
