[MooseFS-Users] Mfs 2.x failover problem

Hello,

Thank you for moosefs, Its really good product .

I wanted ask you for help .

I faced problem with failover on 2.X version .

For now we use 2.0.84-1


For our failover mechanism we use keepalived .

we have 2 script  vip-up.sh and vip-down.sh .

Main idea than when we have problem with one server .

VIP-down script stop

mfsmaster and start mfsmetalogger . and down vip interface .

VIP-up script

1) up vip interface
2) mfsmetalogger stop
3) start /usr/sbin/mfsmaster -a


But we face some problem with master change .

Some data lost after we change master .  We test it with rsync and dd .

We also try play with META_DOWNLOAD_FREQ but it has not given results .

Can you please advice us what we doing wrong ? Or advice us how make 
good failover for 2.X version

P.S

Some error what we get for example .


hole in change files (entries from changelog_ml.0.mfs:17081 to 
changelog_ml.0.mfs:17170 are missing) - add more files

error applying changelogs - ignoring (using best possible metadata version)
