could you please send us logs from Master Server while such situation happens?

cat /var/log/syslog | grep mfsmaster

or

cat /var/log/messages | grep mfsmaster

Which operating system are you using exactly?
Debian? Ubuntu? CentOS? Which version?

Which exactly version of MooseFS Master are you ruuning? 2.0.x, x=?
