No problem, I just updated a couple of staging systems so it was easy to rvert 
back to 2.0.x :-)

Ah, I had an older mfscgi version on an external server (to centralize the 
visualization, as we have several MFS clusters). I upgraded mfscgi on that 
server and now I see the files with missing chukns, thanks!
