I believe MFS info (the CGI) shows you total space, not usable space, so in your case it would show ~30 TB. I have 2 small clusters, 2 chunkservers per cluster, 4 x 1TB disks per chunkserver and MFS shows me 7.2 TB total for each cluster. I have goal=2 so I know I have ~3.5 TB usable, but since you can mix (i.e. have some dirs with different goal if you have more than 2 chunkservers) I guess it's hard to estimate usable diskspace from th CGI.
