Hi MooseFS in "Disk" tab shows transfer speed from system - not the direct hdd speed. Usually OS uses write-back cache to speed up writes. As a result if there are not so many writes then in MFS stats you see "fake" write speed because it's only speed of copying data to kernel write-back cache.
