Hi,

Could someone point me to some documentation that can tell me how to force
a chunkserver to be online?  I had one go down unexpectedly but the raid is
fine now, however, it was marked damaged.  Is there any way to bring it
back online?

The documentation really could be updated.  Thanks for any help.
