Hi!
You can start one more metalogger. When it starts it downloads all metadata from master.
So you can get metadata on metalogger than stop metalogger and try to start master on metalogger host
to check if your metadata is consistent. Than if yes - copy metadata from metalogger to real master.

Or you can force already running mfsmetalogger to download fresh metadata by
kill -HUP <mfsmetalogger PID>

but I have still problem with mfsmaster and metadata.mfs.back file which isn't saved.
I'm afraid if I stop mfsmaster I will still have the same old file;/
Do you have any idea how to force mfsmaster (whitout stoping it) to save fresh metadata.mfs.back?

use all changelog from metalogger and master, then do restore. Should help.
