(not broadcast it to the group) more information.: - your configuration files, (/etc/mfs*) - OS version - number of nodes in your storage etc. - version of MooseFS you have errror with and you used before error - how did you get binary ? -- from external repo? (please sent it to us) or -- from make install or ? -- from dpk-buildpacke ?? if possible please send us your binary any way. - your time zone (we are CET) - if it is possible please sent us your metadata.mfs file (if it is huge maybe you can give us some url so we could downloadit ?) Thanks for strace from mfsmaster it is quite usefull but not enough for us to help you. what options have you use for strace ? Can you please send me output.strace.mfsmaster.txt file from this command: strace -o output.strace.mfsmfaster.txt -v -s 1024 -f mfsmaster start If you have a skype please give me your username so we can talk live. or your phone number I will try to call you in my free time.
