Interesting. Are you sure those are files and not chunks (I always mix them)?
If they're actually files, how many chunks do you have?

The MFS cluster I mentioned above has all small files, so it has 4.6 million 
chunks, and I'm not sure if metadata size corresponds to files or chunks.

And I'm also counting changelogs, metadata.mfs.back is only 484 MiB.
