Hi!

The master, metalogger and chunkservers should work under Windows with Cygwin installed. But as there is no FUSE implementation for Windows, it won't be possible to mount the volume directly.

No, MooseFS only works on Unix systems.
Maybe you can find a way to compile and run it under Windows, but it won't be a native running.
