And it usually only takes about 30 minutes.  :-)

We don't run full backups so we're only moving files that have been 
modified over the network using rsync.  Before each backup run we take a 
snapshot on the backup server so we end up with the logical equivalent 
of a full backup each night.  It also helps that this MFS volume only 
has about 10TB of data on it even though it has capacity for 22TB.
