Same here. All contracts that come across my desk must have this kind of 
clause removed before I can sign them. As it stands, this clause will 
prevent me from upgrading.

I am less decisive on this point. If MooseFS was moving to a "freemium" 
model I would understand but as an OSS project it doesn't make sense.
