[Moosefs-users] Question about ECONNRESET (Connection reset by peer)

Could you please tell me in which cases there is an error:
Feb 15 18:09:25 mfsmount[2174]: readblock; tcpread error: ECONNRESET
(Connection reset by peer)

version: 1, cs: C0A8015D:9422 - readblock error (try counter: 3)

At rush hour, some of our servers are beginning to slow down and write
to a log of these messages.
What we need to check first? Could there be a problem with the network
cards or a problem on the switch?
We use the MFS for streaming video. All hard drives loaded with no
more than 40%. On each Chunkserver idle ~ 50%.
