[Moosefs-users] Improved init scripts and defaults files for Debian

Hello,

I've changed the init scripts to be a little bit cleaner.
Also I've implemented status and reload commands to all
services (chunkserver, master, metalogger).

To have less differences between init scripts, I've also
changed the defaults files.

As I don't like to spam this list with a lot of patches
or big emails, you can find all patches (including the
one from my last message to control file) here:
