Hi Michal, Thanks for your response. It looks like all the invalid chunks (originally 29 of them) contained reserved files (files in the Trash?). Yesterday MooseFS reported only 5 invalid chunks so it looks like these chunks are being cleaned up automatically as the files they contain are expired and deleted from the Trash. So, I think I'll just wait this weekend and see if they all disappear.
