[Moosefs-users] FAQ entry on how to add a chunk server

Couple of questions:

1. Is there an entry on how to add a chunkserver to a system. Offline
or online is fine?
2. If I have 6 drives in a server. Is it better to have one chunk
server with 6 drives or 6 chunkservers with one drive each or
somewhere in the middle.
