Not on Solaris ZFS, but I am running on ZFS on linux (http://zfsonlinux.org/) on Scientific Linux 6 (One of RHEL derived distribution and very nice like CentOS). So far no issues running ZFS native on Linux side and using those as MooseFS chunk servers. Oracle/Solaris licensing model is getting very strange, and Opensolaris is not actively pursued as before, so looks like ZFS on linux may become a viable production grade option in the near future.
