No, it won't! (not soon, at least).

There will be a period where IPv4 and IPv6 will coexist, and IMHO that period 
will last 5 to 10 years (no hard evidence, just a hunch).

Besides that, your LAN is your LAN, you can keep using IPv4 for as long as you 
want, and as long as your networking gear supports it :)
