First,thanks for your early reply ,now,i  ask more questions as follows:

problem one: as you say in previous letters "there is also no limit for 
number of files in the system.There are installations with 100 million 
files(whether to support 3 billion file in the system??)."and i want to 
ask :About MooseFS, if we insert just 4-8GB of RAM into the master server
,whether it support the storage 500T, 3 million files, operating
500G times a day"??

problem two: as we know,for the moment,the clients need to use FUSE and if 
i use NFS,wether to support"7 mul 24 hours"model??
