Hi!

MooseFS returns information that a file is not available but after
relatively quite a long time. You can mount with "-o mfsioretries=1" option
- then MooseFS will inform about the unavailability of a file promptly. It
would return "EIO" (input/output error). And you have to check what
bahaviour would be on the part of nginx.

We are using Moosefs currently, when users download a large file via nginx ,
if there are missing chunks inside that file due to the network
problem,  the nginx process will hang and become a zombie thread that
wait for the IO read.
is there any way to prevent this situation, for example, display "404
Not found" to user if missing chunk are found.
