[Moosefs-users] OpenOffice and MooseFS

Hi,

I'm unable to get OpenOffice (version 3.2) to run as a user with a home directory in a MooseFS (version 1.6.20) mounted volume.  It will display the splash screen and then exit.  OpenOffice works fine for the same user with a home directory on the local disk.  I suspect this has something to do with file locking or some unorthodox file handling tricks by OpenOffice.  Is this a known problem?  And, if so, is there a workaround?
