Create a tgtd device (file) on two machines (iscsi) in the moosefs mount then use tgtd to share that device. Then use multipath/iscsi initiator on your xen HV to access the tgtd servers - we use Citrix Xenserver but you can use opensource. Don't expect lightening performance but it totally work - avoid logging on the guests and you'll be golden.
