Hi, I have a chunkserver which have crashed. After two days its ready for work again. While it has been stopped the data changed on the mfs filesystem, so the chunks are not up-to date on this server. My question is, can I turn on this server without any worrying about the data integrity or is there a recommended way for this kind of situation? It is not really clear for me, is there any data integrity check among the chunkservers, or it is my responsibility to handle them, e.g. unmount all the clients, clean the affected chunserver and turn it on like a new chunkserver and finally mount the clients again? Thanks, Miklós |
