[Moosefs-users] Changes I made locally for ubuntu deb package

Hi,
Attached is a patch with the changes I made on the deb packaging for use on ubuntu.

Summary:

Added mfscgiserv (Although stopping with service command doesn't work yet)
Added ufw as a suggested package
Added ufw application config to mfs-common
Made minor changes to copyright file
Changed user/group handling so that it uses the mfs/mfs in all places
Removed compile time chown since it happens after install with the package
Changed the config directory to /etc/mfs

Use if you like...it should apply cleanly to mfs-1.6.20
