* No problem on the priority of the performance, the time in the full
rebalance after a new chunkserver adds is not a problem, the number of
cost copies is the problem, the time to adquire "fault-tolerant" status,

* The "porcentage" of occupation of the chunkservers is a passing
situation and trivial (IMO).
