[Moosefs-users] Moosefs return values

I have a small request for the moosefs team, it seems that the moosefs
daemon commands return a 0 even if they fail to start, this is wreaking
havoc on my init scripts, is there any way they could return a non zero
value when the commands fail? Thanks
