In my system, `mfs.cgi` reports two mount entries which are the same:

13 db1.internal a.b.c.d /0.MFS 1.6.17 /db1 rw...
42 db1.internal a.b.c.d /0.MFS 1.6.17 /db1 rw...

I tried to restart mfsmaster, mfschunk, and then remount /0.MFS, but
`mfs.cgi` still reported a same result. This is really strange, as other
mount points are reported correctly.

Any idea?
