Have you used these configure options? ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var/lib --with-default-user=mfs --with-default-group=mfs Maybe by mistake you used "--disable-mfsmount"? Or try to issue: "whereis mfsmount" - maybe it is installed in different location? If you need any further assistance please let us know. Subject: [Moosefs-users] mfsmount not found I've just followed the instructions in the step-by-step tutorial for Installing MooseFS on one server. Fuse installed fine, the CGI monitor is working fine, I can see the two chunks. Everything seems to work until mounting the system: /usr/bin/mfsmount /mnt/mfs -H mfsmaster but /usr/bin/mfsmount doesn't exist. Have I missed something simple here? Thanks! --Steve |
