[moose-devel] GPU codebase update

Hi,

I realized that my previous mail to the INCF list would be more appropriate
here. I have already optimized and simplified both the GpuSolver and
GpuLookup part of the GPGPU code base. Still, much need to be reconsidered
as I commented in the code. My updates can be found here:
