Is it possible to model electrodes in extra cellular medium ? Assuming that
we know the extra cellular membrane potentials at every compartment.

I suppose one can play with Em - the resting potential to accomplish this.

3. Scripting handle to Moogli: Sounds very good, I suggest Python. Strong

Yes, I intend to use Python. There is also scope to render the graphics
more efficiently (relevant to MOOSE gui as well).
