GlossaryConverter

GlossaryConverter creates a Moodle glossary based on a CSV file.

The program takes two arguments. The first argument is a path to a CSV file where the first column is the concept and the second column is the definition. The second argument is a path to an output file which will contain the generated Moodle glossary file.
