[Moodle-outage] uk.cvs.moodle.org failed to update throughout 29.07.07

Our sync with Sourceforge failed throughout Sunday so uk.cvs.moodle.org
wasn't up to date and failed throughout the day. This problem has now been
rectified and the mirror should now be back up to date.
