[Moodle-lang] Moodle 1.0.9 release is May 29

Hi!

This is just a reminder that Moodle 1.0.9 will be released on May 29.

If you would like your translation to be up-to-date in the
release archives (so people don't need to download them separately
later on) then you should:

   - download 1.0.9 Beta 1 from the download page on moodle.org
   - translate any new strings you see
   - send in the changes before May 28
     (by CVS or email a zip file to me)
