[Moodle-lang] Moodle is getting fairly stable again

OK, the big changes of the past few days are over,
and Moodle seems to be relatively stable again
and it should stay that way.

And it now installs smoothly on PostgreSQL!

I'm still going through and testing all the modules
for little bugs I've not found yet, then continuing
work on the other new features for Moodle 1.0.8.

If you've got Moodle on a non-production server
then I'd really appreciate it if you get the latest
CVS and let me know (directly via email) of any
bugs you notice.
