[Moodle-lang] Major changes are happening

Starting from later today and over the next few days (perhaps
a week depending on Christmas etc) the CVS archive will probably
become quite unstable (ie buggy), because of a number of
large changes that are happening (with database stuff etc).

I would recommend NOT using CVS code to run production
servers for a while.

If you want to run a test server and help us test out the
new changes then please do, that would really help!

I'm still aiming to have everything settled down again by
the new year.
