[Moodle-lang] Expectations for Moodle 1.0.6.5

Just a note to say that 1.0.6.5 is under way.

Not too much new stuff will be in it, I'm basically
just polishing rough edges in the interface
and fixing any other little bugs as I find them.

I'm expecting to release it in about a week or so,
possibly Monday 9th December.

So if you are doing any work on languages, that may
be a convenient target date to reach any goals you
have.
