Yes, I noticed it, too. We could change it to $25 temporarily, but I
didn't see the point in changing it until we have a better algorithm to
determine the correct price on the railroads.
In frmPrices, there is a function called every time a player =
sells a house, called refreshPrices (?). I think we should add the =
prices in there. Also, when a player owns a monopoly but no housing, =
rent price should be double. I think we should add this to the same
function. However, this function seems to be getting rather large, and =
doesn't make much sense to refresh *every* property each time.
