[Monkeyircd-network] Splits/Joins

Hello Peeps!

I'm going to splitting/joining monkeyircd over the next day or two to
see how the nick collision and channel joining code handles itself.

Sorry for this, buts it pretty much unavoidable.  I will, however, be
posting more warnings via global closer to the times the splits will
occur.
