Well so far, ive got=20
channel mode +c (No Colors sent to channel)=20
channel mode +S (Color Stripping)
channel mode +O (IRC Operators only can join channel)

I think a server administrator should be added and they can do server =
specific stuff, then secure IRCop some more so they cant do certain =
things to the ircd.

Also maybe a user mode +h (blah looks very helpful) or something.
