[Monkeyircd-devel] Proposed 1.0.3 Fixes

Hey People!

Here is my proposed list of fixes between the current CVS version of
1.0.3, and the final version.

+ Netsplit not showing correct link break (always shows local server)
+ Changing auth code to use IP's only, instead of the reverse
+ Check the new ping code with MIRC, and make changes as required.
+ Add auto-reconnects (This is a bit iffy, depends on the amount of
work)
+ Md5 all passwords in server->server comms
