Hi Peeps!

I've just uploaded the CVS version of the IRCD onto all of the
irc.monkeyircd.org nodes.

Already I've fixed a pile of bugs in the PING/PONG handling, the message
receipt system and in the outgoing networking code.

Any further testing would be greatly appreciated.
