[Monkeyircd-devel] upm - Status

I've been working some more on it, it can now:
+ Install, and won't install if its already installed
+ Remove, with reliable removal of directories if you specific a
directory in FILELIST
+ List, as before
+ Query, as before

With regards to gentoo linux, it doesn't look much fun, because
a) its patched to stupidity
b) the packages appear to have a core mirror (you need to set
GENTOO_MIRRORS)

My maths exam went fine, but I found it ok, and everyone else thought it
was very hard, so something is probably wrong.
