Hello Peoples
I've removed the limit on the number of bans assigned to a channel,
although I've not tested it thoroughly, it seems to be working ok.
Also, I've tried to tidy up the connect sequence, so that we use special
data areas in struct tempinfo, rather than messing around storing the
hostname and IP in the host field.  Hopefully we'll have a far cleaner
implementation than we have now, and I'll be able to track bugs better.
