#11 MonkeyIRCD doesn't support Channel Types

MonkeyIRCD doesn't support channel types, so ! and &
channels, which should have extra/different properties
to normal channels aren't treated properly.
When implementing this, it may also be useful to add a
Trusted channel type, so only +t clients can join the
channel.
