Development Restart

Monkey Boards hasn't seen any activity for a good long time, so I thought it was about time someone did something about it. I've now taken over the project, and will be restarting active development, hoping to improve a lot of the features already in Monkey Boards, and to add some new ones too. The project goals will still be the same, to provide a simple, easy-to-maintain and lightweight bulletin board system. There'll be more news as it happens!
