#10 Security plugin - English language description?

Hi,

there seems to exists a security plugin which would
only alow registered users to make changes --- alone, I
can't read the description since I don't know any
Korean. Could you provide a short English-language (or
German, as far as I am concerned :-) description about
where to get it and how to use it?

Sorry, I didn't express myself clearly. I don't think I
have a new idea. But since most of the security plugins are
only documented in Korean, I don't know. So I would
_really_ appreciate a translation of the documentation for
all security modules in the help-pages.
