[Monitorix-general] Automatic email reports: No password for local access

/etc/monitorix/monitorix.conf
httpd_builtin -> auth -> enabled = y

Is there some way to this only applies to non-localhost visitors?

I need to not save clear passwords here:
emailreports -> url_prefix
