I cant remember such a support was mentionned on Motorolla
documentations ...
I dont think any kind of software reset is possible.
The fact you tell about DTR would mean ... some device has
to listen on DTR and then pulldown reset pin ... but none of
the boards I have seen was able to do that. Could you please
dig into board descriptions, and give me feed back about
such hardware feature ? all boards I was given, or
manufactured myself never used DTR ...
some how, I do not understand the technical aspect of your
request.
