#12 Combo Box Widget

Create a combo box widget. Combo boxes contain a set of options, one of which is "selected." When clicked, the combo box "opens" to show all options, and the user may select one to become the new "selected" option.

Actions:
- Clear Options
- Add Option
- Remove Option
- Select Option
